Main Products

01. PVC Drainage Pipe Fittings Series


1. High Ring Stiffness: The pipe wall features a well-designed hollow ring structure, significantly enhancing the pipe's ring stiffness. With the same amount of material, it can withstand greater environmental pressure.

2. Low Fluid Resistance: The inner wall is smooth, resulting in significantly lower friction resistance compared to concrete pipes. In practice, it has been proven that a smaller diameter of double-wall corrugated pipe can achieve the same flow rate at the same slope; using double-wall corrugated pipes with the same diameter can reduce the slope, effectively minimizing excavation work.

3. Excellent Connection Sealing: The use of an elastic sealing ring with a socket connection provides significantly better sealing performance compared to metal and concrete pipes.

4. Superior Corrosion Resistance: It has excellent resistance to corrosion from acids, alkalis, salts, and other substances, significantly outperforming metal and concrete pipes in terms of corrosion resistance.


02. PVC Drainage Pipe Series

1. Using sanitary-grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the main raw material, the pipes have excellent surface hardness and tensile strength, resulting in a high safety factor. They offer good aging resistance, with a normal service life of over 50 years. The pipes exhibit superior corrosion resistance against inorganic acids, alkalis, and salts, making them suitable for industrial wastewater discharge and transport. With a low friction coefficient, water flows smoothly, reducing the likelihood of blockages and minimizing maintenance work. The material has a high oxygen index and is self-extinguishing. It has a low coefficient of linear expansion, at 0.07mm/℃, resulting in minimal deformation due to temperature changes. The pipes also have a low thermal conductivity and elastic modulus, providing excellent frost resistance compared to cast iron drainage pipes.

2. Simple and Efficient Installation: Pipes and fittings can be connected using adhesive bonding, making the construction process straightforward and convenient, with high installation efficiency.

3. Excellent Water Tightness: PVC-U pipes offer excellent water tightness, whether using adhesive bonding or rubber ring connections during installation.


03. PVC Conduit Pipe Series



1. Prevents Electrical Leakage: Compared to standard electrical conduits, PVC conduit pipes help prevent electrical leakage, protecting the wires and extending their lifespan.

2. Durability: Due to the unique material of PVC conduit pipes, they can increase the load capacity of the wires, allowing for better heat dissipation and slowing down the aging process of the wires, making them durable and wear-resistant.

3. Cost-Effective: PVC conduit pipes are easy to repair without the need for wall demolition, reducing additional labor and time while lowering overall maintenance costs, and preserving the interior structure.


04. PP-R Antibacterial Pipe Series

PP-R (Polypropylene Random) pipes, also known as Type 3 Polypropylene Pipes, Random Copolymer Polypropylene Pipes, or PPR Pipes, offer advantages such as energy and material efficiency, environmental friendliness, lightweight and high strength, corrosion resistance, smooth inner walls with no scaling, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life. They are widely used in building water supply and drainage, urban and rural water supply and drainage, city gas, electrical and optical cable sheathing, industrial fluid transport, and agricultural irrigation across the construction, municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors.

 

The PP-R pipe fittings feature a snap-on flat copper design, increasing the contact area between the plastic component and the copper insert by over 25%, enhancing the grip and reducing the risk of detachment. They are molded using precision injection molding machines with injection pressures and plastic densities over 15% higher than similar products, eliminating air pockets and ensuring full molding. The copper inserts are forged from 59-2 copper, with a quality superior to similar products by over 20%, and processed through multiple techniques to ensure high quality.


05. PE-RT Underfloor Heating Series


PE-RT underfloor heating pipes are made from PE-RT (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance), which is a type of non-cross-linked polyethylene designed for heating applications. This material is specifically engineered for use with hot water, and is sometimes highlighted for its non-cross-linked characteristics, being referred to as "Non-Cross-Linked High-Temperature Resistant Polyethylene Pipe."

 

1. Good Stability and Long-Term Pressure Resistance: The pipes have uniform quality and stable performance, with excellent resistance to thermal creep and superior long-term static hydraulic pressure capability.

2. Easy to Bend and Convenient for Installation: The pipes have a small bending radius (minimum R = 5D), and stress in the bent sections can quickly relieve, preventing damage at the bends due to stress concentration during use. PE-RT pipes can be heat-fused, making repairs straightforward if the pipes are damaged during application.


06. Polyethylene PE Water Supply Pipe Series


PE pipes and fittings for water supply are advanced products replacing traditional steel pipes and PVC drinking water pipes. They offer high strength, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, and good creep resistance. They have strong weather resistance (including UV resistance) and long-term thermal stability. They also perform well under low-temperature impact, allowing safe use within a temperature range of -20 to 40°C, with no impact on winter construction. Their flexibility and adaptability to uneven or misaligned foundations make them resilient to harsh environments such as earthquakes and typhoons.

1. Reliable Connections: The polyethylene pipe system connections use electric heat fusion, with joint strength exceeding that of the pipe itself.

2. Excellent Stress Crack Resistance: HDPE has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength, and excellent scratch resistance, with outstanding performance in resisting environmental stress cracking.
